Celebrate five new exhibitions this season at the
Johnson Museum: from master drawings among the finest ever on view at
Cornell to the contemporary drawings of Storm Tharp, Cornell Class of
1992; from the vivid creatures of children’s literature to ephemeral
earthworks films; with stunning textiles from Southeast Asia shown with
video of their creators at work and telling their stories. Light hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and coffee, plus cash wine bar. Chris Miller from the Cornell Avant Garde Ensemble will be performing the Javanese gamelan.
