Image Fees

Applies to all requested works of art.

Rental of a CD with a digital image: $25
Rental of a 4 x 5” color transparency (if available): $75
Rental late fee after 3 months (per month): $10
8 x 10 inch color prints: $20
8 x 10 inch black-and-white photo (if available): $10
35 mm color slide (if available): $10

Digital Photography Fees

In addition to Image Fees, applies to requested works of art not yet photographed.

Photography of a 2-D artwork: $100
Photography of a 3-D artwork: $300
Rush fee (less than two weeks notice): $50

Reproduction Fees

In addition to Image and Photography Fees, applies to works of art requested for formal reproduction.

Exhibition catalogues, scholarly publication: WAIVED
Commercial art catalogues, general art publications: $75
Commercial art books with some scholarly content: $150
Commercial, but educational (text books): $250
Other commercial, for-profit projects: $350
